By using the Plantalya app or this website you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity on your account. One account per person.
Subscriptions & refunds
Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24h before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple / Google per their respective store policies.
Your content
Photos you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited license to process them for plant identification and to improve our models (always anonymised). You can delete your content at any time.
Liability
Plantalya provides botanical information "as-is" and is not a substitute for professional advice on toxic plants, allergies, or medical conditions. Always verify critical info with a qualified expert.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be announced in-app with at least 30 days notice.
